Founder
Hiking gives me freedom and I will tell you a secret, when my face will be covered in wrinkles and will look back to the happiest memories of my life none of them will be related to hours spent in a city but the time spent exploring the wilderness!
My love for the mountains and wilderness also helped me chose the career path I wanted to follow, so I enrolled and graduated from the Western University of Timișoara, where I studied Geography. I later also enrolled in postgraduate studies of Geography at the University of Oradea.
Using the knowledge gained at university, the Hungarian, Romanian and English languages and the experience gathered during my outdoor adventures, I founded “Carpathtrek”, a group of professional guides who would love to show you the untouched Carpathian landscapes.

As professional mountaineering and adventure sports guide, I excel at helping you plan your perfect outdoor trip in Transylvania. Not just any vacation but truly exceptional trips filled with inspiring and enriching experiences.
I believe in seeing the word in the most unique way possible, and I want to share my knowledge and passion for travel, hiking and outdoor activities with all of those whom I guide. I am also passionate about amateur photography and film making. Filming in nature with a drone and a GoPro makes me see nature from different perspectives and helps me register the best moments of my hikes in the Carpathian Mountains.
